It's important to note that building trust between host families and au pairs is essential in childcare. Hence, our most crucial qualification is a minimum of 200 hours of childcare experience. These hours can include babysitting, volunteering, working at a daycare or playschool, coaching children's sports, participating in church groups, tutoring children, or any activity benefiting children.
